The 90-Day Restorative Blueprint

A High-Accountability Disciplinary Diversion Framework for Section 504 Students

01

Design Methodology

The 90-Day Restorative Diversion Track is an engineered operational framework designed for localized campus pilot program implementation within public school districts. Developed by process reliability professionals in collaboration with licensed clinical professionals, this model replaces exclusionary student isolation for non-violent behavioral regressions with a structured, 90-day conditional accountability framework.

The framework preserves a student’s core classroom seats, peer routines, and varsity or fine arts anchors, conditional upon full adherence to a high-accountability participation agreement.

02

The 4-Phase Compliance Engine

This framework operates on a strict, time-delimited timeline that shifts the clinical, scheduling, and diagnostic logging burdens entirely away from campus personnel and onto external support networks.

Phase 1Days 1–15

Opt-In & Stabilization

Parental execution of the conditional compliance contract, completion of expedited Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), and immediate student Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) updates.

Phase 2Days 16–45

Intensive Clinical Care

Integration into mandatory weekly evidence-based counseling sessions coupled with active retention in core classrooms and extracurricular routines to maintain psychological stability.

Phase 3Days 46–75

Graduated Escalation & Subsequent Infractions

Continuous tracking. If a student experiences a secondary non-violent behavioral regression due to their documented medical condition, the track remains active but triggers an immediate mandatory Restorative Re-Entry Conference to double clinical therapy hours and intensify daily behavior monitoring.

Phase 4Days 76–90

Final Compliance Checkpoint

Final joint compliance review. One unexcused absence or an active failure to cooperate with behavioral tracking metrics concludes the track and returns the case to the district’s standard disciplinary process, with all Section 504 procedural safeguards preserved.

03

System Architecture & Flowchart

Below is the structural process flow designed for district administrative evaluation:

Phase 3 regression → Restorative Re-Entry Conference → clinical therapy hours doubled · daily monitoring intensified → track remains active
Track completedClassroom seat, peer routines, and extracurricular anchors preserved.
Track concluded – standard process resumesOne unexcused absence or failure to cooperate with tracking → district’s standard disciplinary process, with all Section 504 safeguards preserved.

Pilot Disclosure & Partnership Status

Our 90-Day Restorative Diversion Track is currently undergoing executive review with North Texas public school leadership as a proposed localized campus pilot framework. The Almendra Foundation stands ready to act as a neutral clearinghouse to connect families to secure external telehealth networks and manage all compliance logging at zero cost to the district.

District Registry & Inquiries

We partner with public school administrations, student services directors, and campus coordinators to tailor this operational blueprint to your district’s specific resource allocations and staff capacities.
